Preheat oven to 375 degrees
In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients
In a blender, add in all of the wet ingredients, plus the zucchini & avocado
Blend until smooth
Add the blended ingredients to the dry ingredients & gently stir to combine
Fold in the chocolate chips
Using a 12-muffin pan, line with cupcake liners & evenly distribute the batter between them
Bake for 30 minutes or until cooked through; stick a toothpick in & they're done when it comes out clean
Set on a cooling rack & cool completely before eating
