Apple Cider Pancakes

Servings 9 1/4 cup pancakes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 cup apple cider
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the dry ingredients

  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients

  3. Gently mix the wet ingredients in with the dry ingredients

  4. Be careful to not over mix, stir as little as possible until everything is lightly mixed together

  5. Preheat griddle over low heat

  6. Add 1/4 cup scoops to the pan & flip when golden on the bottom & the top produces bubbles

  7. Serve & enjoy

Be careful to not over mix

Pancakes are best cooked low & slow, make sure to keep the pan on low heat
