Preheat oven to 350 degrees & spray pan with cooking spray
In a large bowl, cream the butter, sugar, eggs & extracts with a hand mixer (not necessary but preferred)
Gently stir in the milk
In a small bowl, mix together the flour, salt, baking powder & almond meal
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients & gently mix together just until combined. Do not over mix.
Pour batter into the prepared pan & bake for 40-45 minutes
Check with a toothpick for doneness
Set aside to cool for 15 or so minutes before flipping onto a cooling rack
Dust the top of the cake with powdered sugar
