Fried Egg Noodles
I hope to update this with better photos at some point, but it is just too good to not share! They are fried egg noodles. An easy one pan dish, which is always a good thing when there are less dishes that need to be done. It’s a mix of soft and crunchy, and I even like to snack on it cold leftover.
This isn’t by any means a healthy dish, but all things in moderation, right?
It can be served with essentially anything, another bonus!
